Self-Employment Or Employment:A Comparative Analysis Of The Action Logic Of Rural Women Working In Rural Tourism

In the context of consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation with efforts to promote rural revitalization,the close combination of the construction of rural women’s non-agricultural employment fellow tourism construction can not only drive local rural economic and social development,but also drive rural women to increase their income,contribute to rural revitalization contributions power.During the new development stage of China,Xinjiang ushered in a new period of construction of the rural tourism industry,and the integrated picture of the three industries showed a new trend.The rural tourism industry represented by Q County has now formed a new situation with rural women and workers as the main body.They are widely participated in the practice of self-employment and employment.Essence Based on this,this research focuses on studying rural women’s groups from the perspective of qualitative research methods,analyzes the factors and causes of their choice of self-employed business and employment,and study the problems they encounter in the process of self-development and workThis study mainly uses the method of grounded theory to interview with 15self-employed women and 15 employment women in the rural tourism industry in Q County,relying on Nvivo software,to study the influencing factors of their current work.In this study,the logical model of " Reasons-Conditions-Action-Results" is the logical model of self-employed entrepreneurial women and employment women.The conclusion is that the logic model of self-employed women is "psychological state-management-feelings and prospects",the logical model of employment women is " psychological state-working status-working harvest ",and then this study further compares the logic of the two.The proposed research conclusions include: 1.The action logic of rural women choosing self-employed business and employment is similar,that is,their fundamental purpose is to increase economic income,they are all willing to participate in rural tourism after obtaining the information and opportunities of rural tourism self-employed business and employment.2.The reasons why rural women make different choices about entrepreneurship or employment lie in: first,rural women are vulnerable to different previous experiences,in which previous skills,previous experiences and previous interests are the main influencing factors.Individuals usually take their own experience as an important basis when considering the direction of career development;Second,family support preference and policy support orientation affect rural women’s choice to a great extent;Third,differences in personal characteristics may promote different rural women to make different choices.
