Research On Protection Of Employment Rights And Interests Of Rural Women From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

China is a large agricultural country,and the "three rural issues" are particularly important in the work of the whole Party.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that: comprehensively promote rural revitalization.In building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,the most arduous and arduous task is still in the countryside.Rural women are important participants and promoters in the field of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and play an important role in accelerating the realization of rural revitalization strategy.The lack of protection of rural women’s employment rights and interests is one of the important reasons that hinder the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.With the victory of the fight against poverty and the comprehensive completion of a well-off society in China,and with the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,a series of new requirements have been put forward for the protection of rural women’s employment rights and interests;Strengthening the construction of rural women’s employment rights and interests protection plays an important role in promoting the agricultural and rural modernization of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and rich life".X Town,Yichang City,Hubei Province is in the transition period,which is in line with the actual situation of most rural areas in China.The case analysis of the protection of rural women’s employment rights and interests in X Town has a high reference value for reflecting the protection of rural women’s employment rights and interests in China.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the forms of publicity and education for the protection of rural women’s employment rights and interests in X Town have been diversified,the number of people employed has been increasing,the mechanism for the protection of employment rights and interests has been continuously improved,and the political status has been improved.However,due to various reasons,there are still some problems in X Town,such as the weakening of the organizational function of the grass-roots women’s federations,the weak employment ability of women,the unsmooth employment information,and the weak implementation of employment protection policies.Through research,it is found that the vast rural areas of China,including X Town,can protect the employment rights and interests of rural women from five aspects: developing high-quality employment opportunities in the surrounding areas,strengthening the construction of rural women’s federations,improving the expression and appeal mechanism of employment rights and interests,strengthening quality education and creating a good employment environment.Through the discussion of relevant theories and the study of specific cases,this article can not only take this opportunity to attract more people to pay attention to the special group of rural women,but also pay attention to the specific situation of the implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy in rural areas,which has certain humanistic care and practical significance.
