Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In The New Era

As one of the main bodies of the new agricultural operation,the new professional farmers play an indispensable role in promoting the rural revitalization and safeguarding the basic plate of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Their emergence is an inevitable requirement for consolidating the foundation of rural talent revitalization.In view of this,under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of an agricultural power,this paper takes the cultivation of new professional farmers in the new era as the research theme,and specifically studies from the following five aspects.Part One: Firstly,the concepts of farmers,professional farmers,new farmers and new professional farmers are scientifically defined,and the research object and scope are clearly defined.Secondly,focus on the Marxist classic writers and the main leaders in the process of Marxist Sinicization of the discussion about farmers,in-depth excavation of the new era of new professional farmer cultivation theoretical basis,to provide theoretical support for the research.Part Two: Based on the four historical stages,this part reviews the history of farmer cultivation in the four historical stages: the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist construction,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and explores the different requirements for farmers in each historical stage.To sort out and summarize the germination and improvement process of farmer cultivation policy since the period of new Democratic revolution,dig deeply the differences and uniqueness of farmer cultivation in different historical stages,so as to grasp the deep logic and historical context of farmer’s change from identity to occupation in a more three-dimensional way,and outline the historical picture of farmer cultivation.It shows the Chinese characteristics behind the growth trajectory of farmers.Part Three: on the one hand,from the cultivation scale,cultivation mode,cultivation policy,cultivation system four aspects of the new era of new professional farmers have achieved cultivation results,vividly shows that the new professional farmers are becoming the leading force of modern agricultural construction;On the other hand,through the investigation of representative rural areas,the investigation results were analyzed,and many challenges faced by the cultivation of new professional farmers were analyzed,trying to make an objective evaluation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in the new era.Part Four: This part focuses on the contents related to the cultivation requirements of new-type professional farmers in the documents and policies issued by the central government since 2012,combines with the requirements of modern agricultural development for new-type professional farmers,defines the cultivation objectives of new-type professional farmers in the new era,and further answers what kind of new-type professional farmers are needed in the new era.Part Five: Combined with the requirements of modern agriculture on farmers in the new era,this part focuses on summarizing and concluding the successful experience of cultivating new professional farmers in many large agricultural provinces,and tries to discuss the path of promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers in the new era from four aspects:constructing cooperative farming system,improving farming conditions,jointly building farming security and stimulating the endogenous development power of farmers.Thus,it can provide feasible and realistic useful reference and necessary reference for the cultivation of farmers in the new era.
