In 2018,No.1 document of national government pointed out that the bottleneck of talents must be solved in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and the first is to cultivate new occupation farmers.The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy can not be separated from high-quality talents,especially high-quality farmers.Therefore,the cultivation of new professional farmers has important practical significance.Under the strategic background of Rural Revitalization in the new era,cultivating and shaping new-type professional farmers is not only the need to optimize the structure of agricultural labor force and promote agricultural modernization,but also the need to develop rural economy and provide high-quality human resources for Rural Revitalization.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper expounds the connotation of new type of professional farmers,analyzes the value of cultivating new type of professional farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,introduces the objective requirements of cultivating new type of professional farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and combines the actual situation of cultivating new type of professional farmers in Lijin County,This paper analyzes the general problems existing in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in China,and finally puts forward the ways to cultivate new-type professional farmers under the strategy of rural revitalization,in order to promote the overall improvement of the quality of new-type professional farmers,to guarantee the realization of the strategy of rural revitalization,so as to provide talent support for the ultimate realization of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
