Research On The Construction Of Rural Customs And Civilization In Rongchang District, Chongqing Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and put forward the "two crosses" policy,in which the rural culture is the soul.The 20 th National Congress of the CPC proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and promote rural culture.We should raise the level of civility in the whole society,coordinate efforts to foster,practice,and create civilizations,and promote the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization.In recent years,not only has the No.1 document of the Central government proposed the construction of civilized countryside for many times,but the exploration and practice of rural civilization construction all over the country have mushroomed,indicating that the construction of rural civilization in the background of rural revitalization has entered the national practice stage from the level of national decision-making and publicity.However,in the current practice in some areas,there are still some difficulties such as ineffective guidance,disorderly participation and unparticipation.Therefore,it is of great significance to further sort out the current situation of rural civilization construction under the background of rural revitalization and put forward more practical reference countermeasures to promote the solution of the difficulties in the development of rural civilization.Based on social governance theory and rural construction theory,this study uses literature research and other methods to select Chongqing Rongchang District as the research object,and designs a questionnaire for villagers,who are the participants in the construction of grassroots rural style civilization.Through questionnaire analysis,the basic characteristics,living environment,customs and cultural needs of villagers are understood,and then the problems existing in the construction of rural wind civilization under the background of rural revitalization are summarized.It is analyzed that the financial investment and planning is insufficient,the cultural and educational level is relatively backward,the ideological and spiritual civilization construction lags behind,the rural cultural governance problems are prominent as the root causes of the problems.Finally,according to the existing problems and causes,the paper provides corresponding suggestions for the construction of rural culture in Rongchang District.The investigation of rural civilization and the analysis of the causes of the existing problems are conducive to the improvement of Rongchang District in the process of the construction of rural civilization and avoid the bad effects caused by these problems.The suggestions of the construction of rural civilization in this paper also have a certain practical significance for guiding the governance practice.
