The Path Of Rural Civilization Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has attached great importance to the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas,emphasizing that we should always adhere to the principle of "both hands,both hard" of material and spiritual civilization,and promote the all-round development of socialist spiritual and material civilization.Focusing on serving economic development,with the fundamental task of comprehensively improving the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality of rural people,and with the goal of enriching the spiritual and cultural life in rural areas,all localities pay attention to practical results and pay close attention to implementation.They have made certain achievements in the construction of spiritual civilization,and the achievements of spiritual civilization have taken root at the grass-roots level.Taking District D of Liaocheng City in Shandong Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and current situation in the process of rural ethics civilization construction under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation,and puts forward effective solutions.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.Its main content is to introduce the domestic and foreign background of the topic selected in this article,the significance of the theoretical research on the rural revitalization strategy and the significance of the actual development,and the relevant domestic and foreign rural revitalization strategies.The comprehensive combing of the literature and the discussion and arrangement of the research content,research methods and innovations of the relevant literature will lay the foundation and pave the way for the later research on the construction of rural spirit under the background of the rural revitalization strategy;The second part introduces the relevant concepts and theories of the rural revitalization strategy;The third part introduces the general situation of rural style civilization construction in J District;The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the construction of rural style civilization in this region;The fifth part puts forward effective solutions to the problems existing in the construction of rural ethics civilization;The sixth part is the summary and reflection,which puts forward the main research conclusions of this paper and prospects the follow-up research.At present,in the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,the construction of rural style civilization in China has also made great progress,but we must see that there are still many problems in the process of rural style civilization construction.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the construction of rural ethics and civilization in China,this paper puts forward measures to solve this problem,such as strengthening the government service concept,eliminating unhealthy social atmosphere,promoting the construction of spiritual civilization positions,strengthening the construction of cultural talents,and holding a variety of rural cultural activities,so as to promote the positive,healthy and upward development of the construction of rural ethics and civilization in China.
