Rural Revitalization Under The Background Of China’s Rural Local Custom Civilization Construction Research

China has been an agricultural country since ancient times,the number of farmers is huge.As the largest industry in China,agriculture not only meets the subsistence and development of farmers,but also interweaves with other industries to support the development of other industries.The harmonious development of rural society has an important influence on the harmonious development of the whole society.The report pointed out that "the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Rural revitalization is not only the revitalization of material civilization,spiritual civilization should also be revitalized,so the realization of rural prosperity should be rich "pocket",but also rich "head".The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out that "we should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,establish and improve the system,mechanism and policy system for integrated development of urban and rural areas,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in accordance with the general requirements of thriving industries,livable ecosystems,civilized practices,effective governance and a prosperous life." Rural style civilization is the soul and guarantee of rural revitalization,as well as the soul of rural revitalization,so it plays a decisive role in the process of rural revitalization.The local custom civilization is not only beneficial to improve rural living environment,to promote the industry thrive,to raise the standard of living of the villagers,at the same time also to villagers in rural grass-roots governance level in a wide range of in-depth the real practice of socialist core values,the socialist core values true into the country in the construction of spiritual civilization so as to improve the spirit of the villagers and the village fashion.In addition,as one of the five revitalization contents of rural civilization,the study of rural civilization construction can also enrich the marxist civilization theory,the communist party of China on the construction of rural civilization theory,rural construction theory and other related theories.Taking W county in Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper mainly studies the construction of rural civilization in W county in Shanxi Province from four aspects:system civilization,behavior civilization,material civilization and spiritual civilization.Based on the existing research,this paper combines the spirit of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China and the no.1 document of the CPC central committee in 2018,and through a large number of literature review,explains the connotation and related theories of the construction of rural civilization.By means of field survey and questionnaire survey,the data obtained from the questionnaire survey were analyzed to summarize the current situation,existing problems and causes of windcivilization construction in the township of W county,Shanxi Province.In view of the problems existing in the construction of rural civilization in W county,Shanxi Province,specific,targeted and practical improvement measures are proposed.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the construction of wind civilization in W county,Shanxi Province.The first chapter mainly defines the concept of countryside style and countryside style civilization.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis and practical significance of rural wind civilization construction under the background of rural revitalization.Relevant theories are mainly marxist civilization concept,the theory of the communist party of China on the construction of rural civilization,and the theory of rural construction.In addition,under the background of rural revitalization,the construction of rural wind civilization has the realistic significance of carrying forward the excellent traditional culture,building a solid moral wall,creating a good living environment and providing sufficient talent support.The third chapter mainly focuses on the problems of insufficient ideological construction,prominent unhealthy practices,irregular behavior activities,moral standards to be improved,environmental protection not in place,village appearance to be improved,governance mechanism is not comprehensive,and long-term rectification is difficult.The causes of the problems in the construction of wind civilization in W county,Shanxi Province are analyzed,including the neglect of the inheritance of traditional culture,the comprehensive transformation of social economy,the lack of subject consciousness of villagers,and the lack of scientific institutional arrangements.The fourth chapter discusses in detail the countermeasures of rural style civilization construction in W county,Shanxi Province,including cultural embedding in rural style civilization construction,creating new moral customs,protecting rural traditional style,and perfecting long-term guarantee mechanism.Rural revitalization,the revitalization of not only hard power such as economy,industry and environment,more important is the culture,spirit and mind,such as soft power,only the hard and soft power both neck and neck,to realize the beautiful,rich farmers,agriculture.
