Study On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization To Promote Comprehensive Rural Revitalization

The report of the Party’s 19 th National Congress proposes the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,which is an important strategic plan for solving the "three rural issues" and provides valuable opportunities for the construction of rural ecological civilization and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The report of the Party’s20th National Congress emphasizes adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,makes important arrangements for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,proposes to build a livable,workable and beautiful countryside,and includes the construction of rural ecological civilization as an important part of the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Rural revitalization is a comprehensive revitalization including the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction.It is of certain contemporary value and practical significance to discuss in depth the relationship between rural ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization,the problems of rural ecological civilization construction to promote comprehensive rural revitalization,and how to promote comprehensive rural revitalization with rural ecological civilization construction.Based on Marxist theory,guided by Xi Jinping thought of ecological civilization,the thesis aims at the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,takes the construction of rural ecological civilization as the research object,focuses on the real problems in the process of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside with the construction of rural ecological civilization,deeply analyzes the deep-seated reasons behind the problems,and proposes practical and effective paths.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the construction of rural ecological civilization in China,which are manifested in the lack of perfect rural ecological laws and regulations,weak awareness of ecological environmental protection among farmers,insufficient investment in rural environmental protection infrastructure,and lack of professional and technical talents,reflecting the deep-seated reasons for the lagging construction of rural ecological civilization in China,including the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,the lagging publicity and education of rural ecological civilization,the lack of motivation for rural industrial.Based on this,the thesis proposes practical paths in four aspects: economy,politics,culture and talent,including optimizing the rule of law system for the construction of rural ecological civilization to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,fostering value recognition for the construction of rural ecological civilization to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,increasing financial support for the construction of rural ecological civilization to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and solving the bottleneck of talent for the construction of rural ecological civilization to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.In order to realize the development of agricultural production,good ecology in rural areas and rich life of farmers,and thus promote the early realization of agricultural and rural modernization.
