Research On The Construction Of Community Governance Community From The Perspective Of Consultative Governance

Community is a small but essential component unit in our social governance work,and community governance community is also the ideal prospect that all community residents look forward to.To innovate the community governance system,improve the level of community governance,and build a community governance community is the embodiment of national governance capacity building in the new era.Grassroots communities are an important component of society.With the continuous innovation and optimization of the development of The Times society,the connotation of consultative democracy is constantly rich,and socialist consultative democracy was born in the revolutionary experience of many years in our country.It is conducive to the protection of various rights of community people,truly increase people’s consciousness to participate in the work of community main body governance,promote community unity,and fully integrate the theory of consultative democracy into the process of community construction.Problems faced in the process of community development should be dealt with through consultation to maximize the public interest.It is a fruitful answer to the community people’s outlook of harmonious life.Taking the current national policies as an opportunity,grassroots communities actively carry out various community practice work,and launch various forms of community consultation and governance,among which the response is good,including democratic talks and democratic consultative council.In order to further understand the development of consultation and governance work in grassroots communities and drive the vigorous development of communities from the reality,the author carefully analyzed and studied the effective ways of community construction and governance,and selected Wuhan Community A as the representative case for analysis.Community A actively promotes the construction of deliberative democracy at the grassroots level,carries out comprehensive consultation on the hot issues of common concern to the community residents in community governance,effectively integrates the advantageous resources of various topics,and promotes the implementation of the consultation results.It is a typical demonstration area of community governance in China.The "four-in-one" model of good governance,featuring the leadership of Party building,the priority of moral governance,the foundation of autonomy and the guarantee of the rule of law,has been formed in the long-term practice of governance.Community A’s consultative governance practices are unique and unique.However,it has brought a deliberative governance idea and case to most communities in China.Proceeding from the implementation of individual cases,it can be found that while the current community-level consultation and governance work has made some dazzling achievements,it also exposes some objective problems.The subjects of these problems are complicated,involving community workers and residents.The problems are related to some staff’s weak service consciousness,low service level and incomplete theoretical basis.Combining with the actual situation of community development,the paper delves into the causes of the problems in detail and puts forward the clear responsibility of the negotiation subject.Negotiate the integration of governance resources;Improve the consultative governance system;To lay the foundation for building vibrant grassroots communities,promote the formation of a new pattern of social governance,and optimize the elements of building a community of community governance through consultation and governance environment.
