Research On Collaborative Governance Of Community Police Work In W City,Inner Mongolia

Community Governance is the focus of social governance and the ultimate foothold to reflect the level of social governance.In the national governance system of governing the country according to law,Community Governance,as the terminal link of national governance,must rely on community police forces to ensure the security and stability of the community,and build the foundation and provide security for the efficient development of Community Governance according to law.When the Party and the government proposed "comprehensive governance of social security",public security organs at all levels truly realized the importance of community policing and began exploring community policing.Therefore,the operation time of China’s community policing mechanism is not long,and it requires the joint efforts of various government departments,enterprises,communities,and public security to improve the quality and efficiency of policing.This article mainly uses literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and statistical analysis methods to study the community policing work in W City,Inner Mongolia.Based on the perspective of collaborative governance,it analyzes the current situation of community policing work in W City,Inner Mongolia in detail,summarizes its existing problems and causes,and proposes strategies for improvement.W City in Inner Mongolia has provided institutional guarantees for community policing,which further promoted the improvement of community policing work level.However,there are still certain shortcomings in the community policing work in W City,Inner Mongolia.Among them,there are some urgent problems that need to be further addressed and improved,for example,the lack of joint efforts in community policing work,the lack of scientific police force allocation,and low enthusiasm for public participation.Taking further steps to explore those concrete issues of collaborative governance in community policing in W City,Inner Mongolia,the article expounds the causes of them are that the lack of effective collaborative management of organizational structure in community policing work,unclear boundaries between the rights and responsibilities of different main roles,inadequate ability of public security organs to influence community resources,low level of collaborative governance in community policing,and less passion of residents in community policing work.In order to implement the concept of collaborative governance in the new era and solve the above problems based on the concept of global collaboration,it is necessary to continuously enhance the level and quality of community policing work in W City,Inner Mongolia,establish a community policing collaborative governance management organization,reasonably set up the rights and responsibilities of management subjects,strengthen the collaborative governance ability of public security organs,improve the level of community policing collaborative governance,and expand the channels for community residents to participate in policing work.Community policing work is an vital measure to improve the Community Governance work ability and increase public satisfaction.Through the study of the coordinated governance of community policing work,in the process of modernization of the social governance system and governance ability,it can yield twice result in improving the efficiency of community policing work,and innovating the working methods of community policing work with half the effort.And at the same time,it has opened up a new channel for the public security organs,grass-roots communities as well as the masses to make the mutual efforts in co-building and sharing.
