Community governance is an integral part of national governance.Improving the level of grass-roots community governance will help China build a modern governance system.Grass roots police stations play an important role in ensuring that grass-roots governance is standardized and orderly,people live and work in peace and contentment,and social stability.Grass roots police stations must meet the needs of grass-roots community governance in the new era,establish and improve the working path of orderly participation in grass-roots community governance,comprehensively improve the ability of grass-roots police stations to participate in community governance,fully highlight their advantages in all aspects,and promote the formation of a good pattern of grass-roots social governance as soon as possible.This paper focuses on the current situation of grass-roots police stations participating in community governance in F County,and community policing is an important means for grass-roots police stations to participate in community governance.Therefore,this paper studies the community policing in the county.Taking the current situation of community governance and the existing problems of community governance as the starting point,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the basic problems of community governance from the perspective of the investigation and coordination of local police stations,Put forward the countermeasures to optimize community policing and participate in community governance.Specifically,in view of the problems existing in the current community policing activities,such as the insufficient police force of the grass-roots police station,the unsmooth collaborative governance inside and outside the police system,the failure to fundamentally implement the professionalization of the community police,the lagging construction of the community policing information platform,and the insufficient participation of diversified subjects,respectively,from promoting the infrastructure construction of the community policing of the grass-roots police station to participate in the community governance,optimizing the police security work,deepening the multiple identities of the police in the community governance To improve the informatization degree of community policing grid management and improve the relevant laws and regulations of community governance,it is proposed to put forward effective ways to optimize community policing participation in community governance,further improve the efficiency of grass-roots policing serving the community and improve the ability of public security community policing to participate in community governance.
