Research On The Collaborative Governance Of Old Urban Community ——A Case Study Of Gongfujie Community In Weifang City

As cities have moved from expansion to implication in our country,the urgency to achieve collaborative governance in old urban communities has increased significantly.Old urban community has different purposes and needs as a place for many residents to live together,and collaborative governance is essential for the stability,order and healthy development of the city.Collaborative governance of the old urban community is the process by which all relevant actors participate in the public affairs of the community and build an old urban community that takes advantage of the various governance benefits of all parties to achieve maximum public interest.This article is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is an introduction that explains the background of the survey,the status and methods of the survey,innovations and disadvantages.Chapter 2 is the basic concept and the theoretical basis.Chapter 3 takes the old urban community of Gongfujie as an example and examines the typical features of the old urban community and the need for collaborative governance.Chapter 4 introduces the research practices and findings of the Gongfujie community in the collaborative governance of old urban community.Chapter 5 analyzes the problems and reasons for the collaborative governance of the Gongfujie community.Chapter 6 suggests how collaborative governance in old urban communities can be strengthened.I look forward to summarizing the last part.Through the empirical study of Gongfujie community,the old urban community has the objective demand and an essential motive of collaborative governance,and several governing bodies of the old urban community are more active and effective under the effect of collaborative governance theory.Research suggests that can promote the management diversification,separation of powers,and the rational distribution of responsibilities,improvements in participation mechanism,coordinate system,safeguard mechanism,supervision mechanism,to solve the urban old community governance subject vacancy dislocation,governance processes disorderly confusion,problems such as poor governance achievements,promote urban old community governance efficiency.
