Research On Residents’ Participation In Grid Governance In J Town Of L City

According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,comprehensively strengthening the construction of social governance system can improve governance efficiency.As one of the important ways of grass-roots social governance,grid governance has been popularized throughout the country in recent years.Many scholars have conducted a lot of analysis and Research on the grid governance model,role and problems existing in the grid operation.However,the problem of "residents’ enthusiasm for grid governance is still low" has not been paid attention to and solved.In the academic community,There are also relatively few studies on "problems existing in residents’ participation in grid governance".With the development of economy and society,social problems closely related to people’s interests occur frequently.If they are not handled in time,they will have a certain negative impact on social stability and harmony.Therefore,the author of this paper attempts to explore the methods and Countermeasures to guide residents to actively participate in grid governance by combining the actual work.Based on the actual work,the author discusses the residents’ participation in grid governance by searching relevant literature,studying relevant theories and questionnaire survey,and finds that there are some problems in the process of residents’ participation in grid governance,insufficient ability to participate and inactive methods.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the theories of public participation behavior,planned behavior and comprehensive incentive,the author believes that the above problems are mainly caused by four reasons: the subjective understanding of the participants is not in place,the objective ability is not matched,the grid governance mechanism is not smooth,and the design of the residents’ participation platform is not friendly.Therefore,through multi-dimensional reference to the advanced experience and practices of grid governance in other provinces and townships similar to the population size,regional characteristics and cultural background of J Town,the author proposes that to improve residents’ ability to participate in grid governance,it is necessary to further clarify the contents of residents’ participation,further build grid governance into a platform of residents’ trust,further improve residents’ willingness to participate,and further unblock residents’ participation mechanism.
