Research On Grid Social Governance In Nanfeng Town,Zhangjiagang City

Grid social governance is not only a new concept,a new idea and a new strategy of governance in China,but also a vivid practical exploration to implement grid social governance in Jiangsu Province.This governance mode has been highly valued by government departments,and has also accumulated rich practical experience.As a new model,grid based social governance takes the village(community)grid as the basic unit,and relies on the intelligent command platform to collect and manage the information of people,things,and things in the grid,forming a "one network control,dynamic control,and linkage control" model to comprehensively improve the sense of gain,security,happiness,and satisfaction of the people in the grid.Therefore,taking the exploration practice of grid social governance in Nanfeng Town as the research case of this paper,the existing problems and causes of grid governance are analyzed,and the optimization countermeasures and suggestions are discussed.On the basis of searching and sorting out the relevant foreign literature and the fruitful results of grid governance in China,this paper expounds the relevant concepts of grid member social governance in combination with the reality of Nanfeng Town,and points out the theoretical and practical significance of grid governance in Nanfeng Town.This research mainly uses questionnaire,literature analysis,field interviews and other methods to conduct field research.Through the research and analysis of the questionnaire data and interviews with some grid staff,it is found that the main problems in the grid social governance of Nanfeng Town are the weak strength of the grid staff,the unsmooth operation of the grid command platform,the administrative phenomenon of grid governance,and the low participation of the masses.The main reasons are insufficient investment,which affects the balanced development of grid;Imperfect operation mechanism affects the role of the platform;The government plays a leading role in promoting the generalization of administrative functions;There are obstacles in the participation of other subjects,which affect the participation of the masses.Based on the actual situation,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from three levels: first,strengthen the basic guarantee,improve the grid service quality,improve the ability and quality of grid personnel,establish a long-term investment mechanism,and strengthen the construction of grid integrated command platform;Second,optimize the operation mechanism,improve the efficiency of grid governance,clarify management responsibilities,strengthen departmental linkage,and strengthen refined service functions;Third,improve the governance system,build new advantages in social governance,strengthen the leadership of party building,encourage people to participate,support and cultivate social organizations,and increase the government’s efforts to purchase services.
