Research On The Driving Force And Strategy Of Endogenous Development Of Rural Industry From The Perspective Of Social Capital

After the Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward at the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the issue of rural development has received extensive attention and is the key task of current development.Industrial revitalization is an important driving force for rural economic development.Endogenous development has also become the correct choice for rural areas to break through the plight of industrial development in the new era.Based on the theory of social capital,this study uses literature research,case study,interview and other research methods to select the development process of F village to invigorate social capital and realize industrial butterfly change as a case study to help the villages actively explore the endogenous development path and provide experience reference for social capital to drive the development of rural industries.The endogenous development of rural industries is characterized by resource integration,villagers’ participation and development consensus.It is a powerful guide to achieve industrial prosperity.Social capital refers to the social network,social trust,social norms and other resources obtained by people in social communication.The countryside is essentially an acquaintance society,which provides a broad space for the social capital rooted in the countryside to play its role,and social capital has also become an important driving force for the endogenous development of rural industries.In rural areas,talents can expand network capital,organizations can enhance trust capital,and culture can shape normative capital.These three factors promote the endogenous development of rural industries.The internal mechanism of social capital helping the endogenous development of rural industries is as follows: network capital is conducive to the integration of internal and external resources;Trust capital is the basis of villagers’ participation;Standardize capital to ensure the orderly implementation of industrial development goals.However,there are still many difficulties in the endogenous development of rural industry at present: it is difficult to gather resources effectively,the participation of villagers is low,and the consensus of industrial development is not strong.In view of these difficulties,combined with the economic promotion effect of social capital,we can optimize the endogenous development path of rural industry by cultivating social capital: first,reconstruct the social network.Second,strengthen rural trust.Third,improve rural norms.
