Research On The Chaos In The "Fandom" And Its Governance Under The Internet Environment

As our economy develops rapidly and Internet technology improves rapidly,the spiritual needs of the people are becoming more and more conveniently met.Internet "fandom" culture is a new subculture formed under the support of idol worship on the Internet.By giving positive guidance to popular culture through "fandom",it plays a positive role in satisfying fans’ entertainment needs,driving public welfare activities,and promoting the healthy development of network platforms and entertainment industries.It even enables fans to cultivate executive force,cooperation consciousness and responsibility consciousness in the organization of "fandom".However,in the process of playing an active role,the direction of the "fandom" culture gradually deviated.The chaos in the "fandom" gradually became the main label for "fandom",such as fund-raising,taking money to hit the list,cursing each other,controlling comments,and Internet violence.The chaos in the "fandom" has become a public problem affecting the society,and all sectors of the society are calling for the governance of the "fandom" and guiding the "fandom" culture to a sound development.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the chaos in the "fandom" and the causes behind it,so as to speed up the governance process of the chaos in the "fandom"."Fandom" is the product of idol worship formed with the development of The Times."Fandom" has gradually established a unique operation system,with high fan participation,strong organization,clear division of labor and other characteristics.This thesis uses research methods such as observation methods and case analysis methods to sort out the chaos in the "fandom" and analyze the classic cases.The chaos of the "fandom" is divided into four categories: fund-raising and listing;irrational speech and deeds;group language violence,and group violence;over-entertainment and superficiality of network behavior.The chaos of the "fandom" is over-occupying public resources and destroying the network ecological environment.While hindering the healthy growth of young people,it also impacted the mainstream culture and lowered the quality of development of the entertainment industry.The reason behind this is the following: the lack of restrictions on capital,insufficient restrictions on the network platform,inadequate shaping of the values ??of adolescents,the lack of the government’s governance of the chaos of the "fandom".Therefore,based on the theory of public governance,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: improving the laws and regulations of the "fandom" governance,building a government-led collaborative governance pattern to control the "fandom";schools should strengthen educational guidance,cultural and entertainment capital should enhance the awareness of social responsibility,and network platforms should increase the constraints on the behavior of "fandom";as important "individuals" related to the chaos in the "fandom",parents and families should pay attention to the emotional needs of young people,entertainment practitioners should take social responsibilities to convey on correct values,and young people should improve their independent thinking ability.Hope can through the common management from several aspects of "fandom",make the "fandom" culture back on track,help to promote the socialist core values into the brain in mind.
