With the advent of the second media age,there is a discussion about the reconstruction of the relationship between subject and text. The growth of virtual cyberspace has led to changes in the form of democracy in the context of the Internet These factors are the topic of public debate, guide public opinion and regulate social networks to bring new pressure on society. Mass media diversification and individualized development of mass culture affect the increasingly widespread "star worship" phenomenon. In this kind of subjective initiation of emotional projections,"Fans" has become a new and special group of Internet users and an important force in the big data age social and public opinion management stage Researchers of the Fans" group discussion have focused on the field of psychology and marketing, and believe that the participation of fans, transitional and segmentation is to symbol consumption and emotional consumption as the main characteristics of consumer behavior. With the rise of "Internet democracy", this phenomenon began to break through the cultural category and extended to various aspects of social life and even the expression of political demands. The "fandom effect" is not only an emotional behavior orientation, but also a new relationship of group behavior presented by new media development. Therefore, this article will take the fans on Sina platform as the main research object, taking the empirical study of political affairs as the starting point, combined with sample survey data to conduct a comprehensive analysis and coding, to find the characteristics and causes of the fan phenomenon. I will analyze this from the perspective of different subject’s problems and impacts, and puts forward the management suggestions and prospects for this particular phenomenon.
