Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Age-appropriate Renovation Of The Old Residential Areas In Henan Province

At present,with the deepening of the aging degree,the elderly renovation of the old residential areas in the city is an important livelihood project of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council to respond to the demands of the people.It is helpful to improve the quality of life of the elderly,to supplement and improve the layout of the urban community pension,and to build a more harmonious and livable city.However,at present,the progress of the rehabilitation of the elderly residential areas in Henan Province is slow,and the results of the rehabilitation cannot meet the diversified needs of the elderly.The rehabilitation of the elderly needs to form a mode of government guidance and joint participation of multiple subjects such as enterprises,residents and social organizations from the aspects of program formulation,fund raising,construction supervision and follow-up management.Based on the theory of multi-center governance,this paper analyzes the roles and positioning of multiple subjects in the process of the elderly renovation of this community by using social investigation methods such as structural interview,and focuses on exploring the existing problems and causes of the multiple subjects in the transformation results,departmental coordination,fund raising,long-term governance and other aspects.Finally,combined with the relevant experience of domestic and foreign cities in the elderly residential rehabilitation,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the elderly residential rehabilitation policy system,build a multi-subject coordination mechanism,broaden the source of reconstruction funds,and build a long-term management mechanism.
