Community Governance From The Aspect Ofold Residences Renovation

Community governance,as an important part in the development of urbanization,is predominated more and more in China.With the development of the society,the upgrading of the old residential areas and the consequent community governance problem have become a very urgent issue.Good relative measures can improve the urban management system and ensure people’s wellbeing.In the case of old residences renovation at Batahe subdistrict office of Yichang city,continuous exploration and innovation has been made to upgrade the governance capacity and service quality of community.Certain achievements are achieved but problems such as inadequate laws and regulations,half-baked planning and coordination,hysteretic property reform and low participation of citizens still exist.After retrieving,combing and analyzing the literature,this thesis firstly explores the background and significance of community governance in old residences renovation,thus building the framework of this research.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the current situation and problems existing in the old residences renovation at Batahe subdistrict office of Yichang city.The causes of community governance in the process of upgrading is discussed from different aspects after that.Finally,Excellent examples are analised with the guidance of multi-center theory,so as to put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions from the aspect of government,community,resident and property management company.Thus,in the light of old residences renovation at Batahe subdistrict office of Yichang city,the level of community governance is improved and trend to scientific and systematic,by means of improving the relevant laws and regulations,promoting the marketization of public service,establishing and improving the Performance Index System,guiding community to focus on the upgrading of the old residential areas,promoting the construction of the community e-government,and establishing the self-help management model of the residents.
