Research On The Supply Of Popular Science Services In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Multi-center Governance

Community governance is an important foundation of social governance.In the context of rapid urbanization,community science popularization has become an indispensable part of community governance.Community is the most basic and active cell in a city.Strengthening the promotion of community science popularization is not only an important starting point for improving the level of scientific literacy of the whole people,but also an important method to spread the spirit of science and technology,create a good atmosphere for science and technology,and promote the construction of a socialist innovative country..Doing a good job in community science popularization services requires not only the government to continuously improve the system of community science popularization services,but also the establishment of a new pattern of multi-subject cooperation,including social organizations,enterprises and individuals into community science popularization services.At present,my country is at a critical stage of social transformation and rapid economic development.The people’s demand for cultural life and scientific knowledge is increasing day by day.The objects,contents and methods of community popularization are constantly changing,which not only brings new opportunities,but also brings New questions and challenges.The participation of multiple subjects in community popular science service supply can just solve the existing problems and bring new development opportunities.Through on-the-spot investigation on the current situation of community science popularization service in urban B city,from the perspective of the current main body of community science popularization service supply in B city,based on the theory of multi-center governance and public goods theory,the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,field interview and case study method.The study found that the current urban community science service supply has the need to improve the precise connection between community science demand and resource supply,the content and form of community science service supply is relatively simple,community science service providers are less motivated to participate,and community science service supply capacity and level.issues to be improved.And according to the actual situation,the reasons for the existence of the problem are put forward,including the lack of a financing and integration mechanism for multiple science popularization resources,the lack of cooperation due to the backward concept of the supply main body,and the imperfect supporting mechanism for the supply of science popularization services.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures for optimizing the supply of community science popularization services are put forward from six aspects: establishing correct concepts,clarifying the division of power and responsibilities,improving service quality,increasing policy support,attaching importance to personnel training,and improving the assessment and incentive mechanism.The research perspective and research objects are rooted in the actual needs of community science popularization,give full play to the synergy of multiple subjects,and explore a universal path for multiple subjects to participate in the optimization of urban community science popularization services,which is innovative to a certain extent.
