| Vehicle parking in old residential quarters is a difficult problem in urban construction management and even economic and social development.In recent years,with the continuous economic growth,the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the number of motor vehicles and drivers has also maintained rapid growth.Due to the lack of parking facilities,the lack of property management,motor vehicles parking difficulties have become increasingly prominent,which has led to a series of problems such as public security and public order,which not only bring great inconvenience to residents’ lives,but also cause hidden dangers to community security.The renovation of old residential parking spaces as a government key livelihood project has also attracted the attention of all sectors of the society.However,due to the differences in interests between the owners,the development of parking spaces has many difficulties.Through the investigation,this paper finds that the differences in interests and differences of opinions among residents are the basic dilemmas facing the renovation of parking spaces.The residents’ residents have a strong concern about the environmental impact of the parking space renovation.Some residents have reacted fiercely due to the problem of dismantling the illegal regulations.Therefore,the opposition to the demolition plan is very high.It is easy to rise to the opposition to the renovation of the parking space.Secondly,there is a big controversy about the parking management problem after the parking space renovation.In the initial stage after the transformation,due to the lack of effective management,there are problems such as disorderly parking and seizing the parking space.If the property company is introduced for management,the collection and pricing of property fees is a real problem,because the general income of the community is not high,it is difficult.Put it in place.This paper proposes four suggestions.First,property companies shouldimprove their business capabilities,open source and reduce expenditures,communicate closely with residents,and receive resident supervision.Second,the government should play its leading role,improve the multi-governance mechanism,and ensure organizational and policy support.The owner’s consensus is to play the main role of the residents;the third is to strengthen the community’s own initiative and actively participate in the entire process of parking space transformation;the fourth is to strengthen the participation of residents,guide the public participation,and cultivate residents’ sense of self-government.This study uses in-depth interviews and comparative research methods to analyze the main differences between the two major communities and the main content of community-based approaches.From the perspectives of government functions,community organizations,community residents and property companies,we seek to improve the effective operation mechanism of residents’ main body,community-led,and government-led multi-dimensional effective operation,and promote the integration of residents’ opinions and interest coordination.An effective way to get rid of the dilemma of the old community parking space. |
