Village cadres are grassroots cadres who promote agricultural and rural development,as well as front-line personnel who practice the Party and government’s rural work policies,and assume the main function of promoting the rural revitalization strategy.Strengthening the construction of cadres stationed in villages is an inevitable task in implementing the national strategy of rural revitalization.It is against this backdrop that in order to ensure that the rural revitalization strategy can be effectively implemented,more attention needs to be paid to the construction of cadres stationed in villages.,Give full play to the important role of cadres stationed in villages,actively guide the broad masses of rural residents at the grassroots level to respond to the great call of the Party and government’s rural revitalization strategy,gather all the powerful forces that can promote the realization of the strategic goals of rural revitalization,and truly provide strong support for rural revitalization.Village level organizations are often an important cornerstone of social stability and development in vast rural areas,and village cadres are the core backbone of village level organizations,as well as the party and government’s direct responsibility for facing the masses."A thousand lines above,a needle below." As the Party and government pay more and more attention to grassroots work,the workload that village level organizations need to undertake is also increasing.On the one hand,it is necessary to actively respond to a series of work documents issued by the superior government,and on the other hand,it is necessary to continuously improve the work of rural infrastructure construction.We should not only publicize the Party’s policies and guidelines,but also actively solve practical problems for farmers.Properly handle the interrelationship between farmers and farmers,as well as between farmers and the government.Overall,village cadres are also known as "technicians","liaison officers","lubricants","spokespersons",and "generalists" in the village.Improving the incentive mechanism for cadres stationed in rural areas is conducive to enhancing the enthusiasm of cadres stationed in rural areas,thereby improving the governance capacity at the grassroots level,and realizing the rural revitalization strategy of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized rural style,effective governance,and rich life.However,due to some particularity in the management of villages,there are some manifestations of inaction among cadres stationed in villages during the work process.Analyze the main problems faced by grassroots cadres,conduct in-depth analysis of the incentive mechanism for cadres stationed in villages through investigation and analysis of the problems,so as to find solutions and accelerate the steady implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This article takes the village cadres in L County of Shijiazhuang City as the research object,mainly using the method of questionnaire survey to conduct targeted investigation on the village cadres in L County,and then using the survey data of field visits in L County as the entry point,it focuses on discussing a series of problems in implementing the training of village cadres in this area,especially the main shortcomings and causes of its incentive mechanism,and analyzes them with a problem-oriented approach,A series of operable solutions have been proposed.Through analyzing the collected data,it can be found that L County’s constituent cadres generally exhibit "average" and "unsatisfactory" perceptions in terms of job satisfaction,which to some extent can reflect that the county government has significant loopholes or deficiencies in the incentive system.Through further in-depth analysis,it can be seen that: In the implementation of the incentive mechanism for cadres stationed in villages,the L County Government has four specific problems,including defects in the salary system and loopholes in the incentive system.The existence of these problems is closely related to many aspects such as the lack of government incentive resources and the ineffective application of evaluation results.In order to address the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism for cadres stationed in villages in L County,on the one hand,it is necessary to continuously optimize and improve the incentive concept for cadres stationed in villages,strengthen fairness and justice,and at the same time,establish a more active and effective incentive,promotion,and evaluation mechanism for cadres stationed in villages,so as to fundamentally enhance the work enthusiasm of cadres stationed in villages in L County Government.
