| On October 18,2017,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was formally held.President Xi Jinping clearly stated in his report that the current revitalization of the village should be promoted to a strategic position.At the same time,the report of the 19th National Congress also indicated that the problem of agricultural and rural peasants in China has always been the concern of the state.The issue of rational handling of the"three rural issues"should be regarded as the most important work of our party and the strategy of rural revitalization should be implemented.[1]The"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy"promulgated by the State Council in 2018 also elaborated on the importance of rural revitalization for China's development.At the same time,it also targeted many"three rural"work.Related policies.The role of village cadres in rural grassroots organizations is very important and is the most basic executor of our party's relevant policies and policies.As the saying goes,"There are thousands of lines on the top and a needle on the bottom."The village cadres are the hub between the Party Central Committee and the peasants,and they also represent the image of the party and the country in the countryside.Therefore,the capacity of village cadres is the core of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,reasonably responding to the three rural issues,promoting sustained economic progress,rapidly building a well-off society,and finally realizing the dream of socialism.Therefore,only by forming a reasonable incentive mechanism for village cadres,giving birth to their subjective initiative,and ensuring the sound and stable development of the village cadres,can the relevant policies and policies of our party be truly implemented in the countryside.Based on the relevant theories of village cadres,incentives,etc.,this paper,under the premise of targeted access and literature related to village cadres,attaches importance to the relevant information on the needs of papers from various writings,literatures,networks,etc.,through field research,questionnaires,In-depth interviews and other methods,combined with their own work and effective analysis of the data,and finally get relevant conclusions.This paper regards the corresponding incentive mechanism of A county village cadres as the research goal,rationally applies and motivates the corresponding various theories,and the actual incentive mechanism for village cadres from the perspectives of remuneration guarantee,old-age security,supervision and control,honor spirit and development promotion.The situation is summarized and analyzed.After fully studying the status quo of the incentive mechanism of the village cadres in A county,through analyzing the relevant data and theory,find out the problems and essential reasons of the current incentive mechanism of village cadres.Then,combined with the actual situation of A County,the corresponding countermeasures for improving the incentive mechanism of A county village cadres are formed from the perspectives of perfecting remuneration guarantee,old-age security,supervision and control,honor spirit and development promotion.At the same time,it is proposed that the actual needs of village cadres in terms of material and spiritual aspects should be met,and then the enthusiasm,enthusiasm and creativity of village cadres should be continuously increased.From the inherent“make me to do”to“I want to do”,we can ensure the rural revitalization strategy.The actual implementation of the provision of superior organization and human support,and ultimately achieve the development goals of a comprehensive well-off society,so as to set new goals for the socialist modernization work,open a new journey. |
