| Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China’s high-quality development is facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the era background of vigorously developing rural revitalization,we need a large number of government cadres with high comprehensive quality,strong professional ability,and both political integrity and ability have devoted themselves to the construction of a new socialist countryside.As one of the important ways to train and select young cadres,make contribution to train reserve cadres for socialist party and government organs and institutions with Chinese characteristics.Select the group of students have provided a steady stream of young strength for the development of grass-roots party and government work in my country,it has gradually been recognized and praised by party and government organs at all levels and the people.However,with the progress of the times and the limitations of the original policy,there are also new problems,new opportunities and new challenges in the career development of transfer students,it has also received the attention and attention of leaders at all levels.Therefore,to understand and analyze the current situation of career development of transfer students,it is of great significance to promoting the development of transfer students and cultivating outstanding young cadres.This article first outlines the concepts related to the career development of transfer students and the basic theory,secondly taking the career development of transfer students in A County,Shandong Province as the research object,use the two-factor theory and Mas-low’s Hierarchy of Needs theory,through questionnaire method,in-depth interview,comparative analysis and other methods,on the career development status of transfer students in A county and analysis and research on local breeding effective policies,from the vocational adaptation,occupational satisfaction and career development expectations of transfer students,discover the current situation and problems faced by transfer students’ career development.Analyzed the reasons for the career development problems of transfer students,form the selection policy system,the grassroots political environment,in terms of individual factors for transfer students.In the end,on the basis of analyzing the above problems,drawing on relevant research and theoretical achievements in this territory at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of A County in Shandong Province,put forward targeted suggestions on strengthening the policy guarantee of transfer students,give full play to the effectiveness of grass-roots organizations and stimulating the endogenous motivation of transfer students,make transfer students develop in a scientific and standardized direction,provide talent guarantee for the construction of A county cadre team in Shandong Province. |
