The pursuit of career development is an inevitable requirement from the society to the individual,and it is also the meaning of the individual self-growth.As the most important component of the party and the national cadre system,the career development of selected graduates is of great significance to both the individual and the country.Based on this,looking insight the real status of selected graduates' career development,exploring the opportunities and difficulties in the process of their process of career development and studying is very significant to the individual selected graduates,relevant managers and the development of the society and the country.In this research,questionnaire surveys,random interviews,and other methods were used to choose the selected graduates who were enrolled in seven districts(counties)in Luzhou City from 2007 to 2016 in the form of purposeful sampling.The total development state of selected graduates in Luzhou City,main management and status quo of career development of selected graduates were analyzed.The predicaments of selected graduates in the career development process and their corresponding influencing factors were discussed.On this basis,suggestions were made for the selection of selected graduates' careers.The concrete research content is made up of four parts.The first part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of selected graduates' career development.The connotation of selected graduates' and civil servants' career development are clear Related theories that have guiding significance in this research have been summarized and discussed.In the second part,through an overview of selected graduates from 2007 to 2016 in Luzhou City,the achievements and difficulties in the development and management of selected graduates in Luzhou were sorted out,which helped to fully understand the issues related to career development in Luzhou City.Meanwhile,it lay the foundation for follow-up research.The third part profoundly analyzes the influencing factors of the career development of selected graduates.By analyzing the two dimensions of internal and external causes of selected graduates through questionnaires collected,random interviews,etc.The author found out the four factors of misunderstandings of multiple parties,lack of motivation and ability of selected graduates in their own development,lack of diversification and effectiveness oftraining measures and imperfection of incentive system.have an impact on the career development of the selected graduates.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of selected graduates' career.Through investigation and analysis of selected graduates,present situation of career development for current selected graduates have difficulties and spaces for improvement.Combining the characteristics and influencing factors of career development of selected students,it proposes a clear selection of selected graduates,corrects biases in understanding,strengthens self-development,enhances professional competence,builds an all-round and multi-channel training system,improves performance appraisal system,broadens the development channels for selecting selected graduates.These four aspects of suggestions provide some ideas for the promotion of better career development for selected graduates.
