Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Heze Public Legal Service Supply

Promoting public legal services is an important measure for the government to perform its public service function,safeguard its legitimate rights and interests,ensure the improvement of people’s livelihood,and promote social fairness and justice.The government provides the public with public legal service products of public welfare nature,effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people,promoting social harmony and stability,and contributing to the realization of the goal of comprehensive rule of law.The fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee made a strategic deployment and proposed to build a public legal service system that covers urban and rural areas and benefits the whole people.This is a higher requirement for the judicial administration department to play its role and serve the people’s livelihood.Heze City has deeply grasped the new situation and new requirements of comprehensively promoting the construction of the rule of law in China,paid close attention to the implementation of the arrangement and deployment of the Provincial Department of Justice,steadily promoted the orderly construction of the public legal service system,integrated the service resources,consolidated the service foundation,optimized the service model,realized the accuracy of the public legal service supply,basically met the diversified needs of the public legal service,and achieved good legal and social effects.Taking the supply of public legal services in Heze City as the thesis object,based on the theory of public goods and the theory of new public services,this thesis expounds the relevant concepts of public services,public legal services,public legal service supply and other related concepts,summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the supply of public legal services in Heze City,comprehensively understands the current demand of residents in Heze City for public legal services,and forecasts the future development through questionnaires,Further summarize the existing problems of the public legal service supply in Heze City,analyze the reasons,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the public legal service supply from five aspects: improving the security mechanism,deepening the platform construction,improving the service supply mode,establishing the work supervision mechanism,and strengthening the construction of the legal service team,so as to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people and promote social fairness and justice.
