The Study On The Balance Between Supply And Demand Of Public Services For Residents In "Future Communities"

With the speeding up of urbanization and the improvement of the quality,the smallest cell in the city-community is developing rapidly in all aspects.City makes life better and more convenient,with higher efficiency and better quality.Residents’ sense of well-being,sense of acquisition and security are inseparably closely related to the wide coverage and level of equalization of public services.high supply level and good quality of public service is residents’ longing for a better life.With the development of economy,the awakening of civic consciousness,and the reform of "delegation,regulation and service" entering a new stage,residents’ requirements for the quality and level of community public services are constantly changing,and the phenomena of "insufficient supply" and "mismatch of supply" appear from time to time,which have become the focus of common concern of academia,government and residents and need to be optimized and solved urgently.This article uses the literature research method,field interview method,comparative analysis method,combined with the theories of public products,new public services,demand and supply,and in the context of the creation of the "The future community",the community in Jinyun County is selected as the research object for investigation,and the conclusions are as follows: Firstly,residents have great demands for community public services,and there is a certain gap with the "community of the future".Different types of needs have different performances.Among them,the performance of elderly care services and cultural fitness is particularly prominent,while the needs of life services are relatively small;generally speaking,the demand of residents in the old city is higher than that of the residents in the new city;the residents hope that community public services will improve in terms of quantity,quality and service environment;Secondly,the overall supply level of Jinyun County is average.There are differences in the supply level of public services in different categories,different projects,different communities and different levels.The service supply level of the new city is higher than that of the old city.The service supply level of the neighborhood is higher than that of the street.The coverage of life services is the widest,while the supply of elderly services and cultural fitness are relatively low;Thirdly,there is an imbalance between the supply and demand of community public services in Jinyun County,which requires urgent attention.The reasons are that the community public service supply system is not sound enough,the positioning of the community is not clear enough,and residents’ understanding of community public services is not high enough.In response to the discovered reasons,combined with the guidelines for the creation of the "The Future Community",an effective path for Jinyun County to create a balance between the supply and demand of public services for the "The Future Community" was proposed.
