During the process of building a modern socialist country,domestic public demand for public cultural services is gradually characterized by high quality and high standards.However,this demand contradicts China’s lagging imbalanced inadequate public cultural services,which leads to the mismatch between supply and demand of public cultural services.Trade unions of china serve as an important bridge for the Party to maintain close ties with workers and the people and are one of the indispensable main parts in public cultural services,it’s also face this problem.Now,the problem has become a major problem that we need to solve in building a sound public cultural service system in China.The author takes Sichuan Federation of Trade Unions as the research object,the research on problems in public management as the overall framework,based on the research problems,the relevant concept definition,the appraisal and analysis of research results in the public cultural field,the research contents and the technical routes,the paper supply and demand matching of trade union public cultural service is analyzed according to the public product theory、 the citizen demand theory and theory of public cultural service.Then,the paper adopts the investigation method,the literature research method,the observation method and other research methods,studies the supply and demand of public cultural services of Sichuan Federation of trade unions,it is found that the Sichuan Federation of trade unions has made some good attempts in building the public cultural service system,contributed to the building of the provincial public cultural service system.However,through the comparison of the requirements and advanced practices of the public cultural services of the Sichuan Federation of trade unions,it is found that the supply side does not match the demand side,and the demand side does not match the supply side.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of the diagnosed problems from the supply side,the demand side and the supply and demand sides,and then explores and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: first,strengthen the supply side reform to promote the supply and demand matching;second,strengthen the guidance of the demand side to promote the supply and demand matching,The third is to improve the positive interaction,promote the matching of supply and demand,protect the basic cultural rights and interests of employees from multiple dimensions,and gradually achieve the goal of building a public cultural service system.From the first small beginnings one can see how things will develop. |
