Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Inspection Work In F County Jiangsu Province

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core attaches great importance to supervision and inspection work.The supervision and inspection work has been revolutionized.The policy of inspection has been established,and the position of political inspection has been clarified.The inspection is a sword forged by the General Secretary himself,and the city and county party secretary to grasp the overall strict party direct grasp.Inspection work has gone through the pilot exploration,the establishment of the system,the establishment of institutions,comprehensive development,the promotion of standardization,linkage and other important development process.It has played the good deterrent,the containment,the curative effect.However,compared with the requirements of high-quality development in the new era and the broad masses of the People’s demand for a better life,the inspection work in F county still has five problems: the institutional mechanism is not smooth enough,the detection of problems is not accurate enough,the comprehensive supervision is not strong enough,the application of results is not sufficient,and the infrastructure is not solid enough.This thesis is based on the theoretical discourse system of political inspection.This thesis uses the literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,case analysis and other methods,in order to carry on the countermeasure research to the in F county inspection work question.Literature review forms overview of inspection development,related concepts,and theoretical basis.This thesis carries on the in-depth interview and the questionnaire to the staff of the inspection agencies and non-inspection agencies of the two groups of people.This thesis makes a quantitative analysis and qualitative study on the current situation,experience of inspection,the existing problems and their causes.This thesis carded and analyzed the experience formed in the pilot work of up-down linkage.Screening out the targeted crack of F county inspection work in the existing problems of the 5 advanced practices.Meanwhile,the author puts forward 5 countermeasures and suggestions,which are to deepen the understanding of the law of political inspection,to condense the overall resultant force of the responsible subject,to standardize and enhance the effectiveness of inspection and supervision,to establishing and improving the linkage mechanism of rectification and rectification,and to strengthen the basic construction of inspection work.The aim is to help improve the overall quality and effectiveness of F county inspection work and promote the overall strict governance of the party and the party’s self-revolution to the depth of the development of reference and inspiration.There are 18 figures,11 tables and 61 references in this thesis.
