The Research On Internal Supervision Of Inspection And Supervision System Under The Background Of Strictly Governing

Since the 18 th National Congress of Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping has vigorously promoted the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system,and discipline inspection and supervision organs have played an increasingly important role in the great practice of comprehensively and strictly governing the party.As the nerve terminal of the discipline inspection and supervision system,the county-level discipline inspection and supervision organs are not only related to the last mile of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,but also related to the image of the party and discipline inspection and supervision team.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the internal supervision of county-level discipline inspection and supervision organs.This paper takes the A County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision as the research object,through literature research,participatory observation,questionnaire surveys,etc.On the basis of the previous investigation,we carefully sorted out the internal supervision work of the A County Commission for Discipline Inspection,lack of initiative in supervision,lack of systematization of institutional mechanisms,lack of independence of special departments,lack of professionalism of supervisory cadres,lack of effectiveness of external supervision,5 each aspect of the problem,and analyze the reasons for each problem one by one.Combining the current policy requirements and the actual situation of County A,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the internal supervision work from a micro perspective from four aspects: strengthening the main responsibility of internal supervision,improving the supervision mechanism of power restriction,strengthening the special supervision function,and deepening the internal and external cooperation mechanism.The conclusion part expounds the shortcomings of this paper.Through this research,it is hoped that more experts,scholars or discipline inspectors will carry out relevant research in the future,so as to providea useful reference for promoting the high-quality development of the internal supervision work of discipline inspection and supervision organs.
