Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of S County Inspection Work

The inspection system is an important means of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party in the new era,and an important part of the inner-party supervision of the Communist Party of China.As an extension and expansion of inspection system to the grass-roots level,inspection is an important measure to promote comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and achieve full coverage of grass-roots supervision.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has carried out a revolutionary transformation of the inspection system from the perspective of the task of managing the situation of the Party and governing the Party,clarified the orientation of political inspection,and established the policy for inspection work.With the implementation of the Opinions on the Establishment of the inspection System by the Municipal and County Party Committees in 2017,the inspection work has been carried out in an orderly manner.Up to now,it has basically completed the full coverage of the patrol during the term of office of the Party committee,playing a vital role in playing the role of political supervision and purifying the ecology within the Party.However,at present,the inspection work is still in the stage of continuous improvement.Some problems that hinder the effective implementation of the inspection work are constantly exposed.There is still a gap in playing a deterrent role and meeting the expectations of the people.There are still many systems and mechanisms that need to be established and improved.This thesis takes the development of inspection work in S County as an example,and studies the political connotation and practical significance of inspection work by elaborating relevant concepts such as inner-party inspection and inspection.In combination with the establishment of the inspection organization in S County,as well as the basic conditions of system construction,team construction,work development,etc.,we collected the opinions and suggestions of the inspection cadres and the inspected units on the inspection work by means of questionnaires,and found out the main problems still existing in the inspection work in S County.Using the relevant theories of public management,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the team construction,system construction,quality and efficiency of finding problems,and promotion of inspection and rectification in the actual process of inspection work in S County in recent years,in response to these problems,the author tried to put forward five countermeasures and suggestions,including deepen the positioning of political inspection functions,improve system construction,innovate inspection work methods,deepening inspection rectification and application of achievements,strengthening the competence and quality of cadres.It provides some reference for S County to carry out patrol work in the future.
