The Study On The Inner-party Supervision In Heping District CPC Commttee In Shenyang

The work of supervising grass-roots party committees belongs to the category of inner-party supervision,Inner-party supervision is a kind of honesty and self-discipline within the party that was explicitly put forward at the beginning of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party in 1921 and is a successful experience our party has drawn from many years of arduous struggle.It is also a theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics important guarantee.In this paper,the general secretary of XI Jin-ping proposed that China’s economic development into the new normal,and then put forward a comprehensive well-off society,comprehensively deepen reform,comprehensive rule of law,comprehensive and strict management of the party’s "four comprehensive" strategic layout background.The inner-party supervision of grassroots party committees is an important part of the work of the party committees in the overall and strict administration of the party’s strategic plan.It is a solid backing for safeguarding the structural adjustment,steady growth and development of our national economy under the new situation.It is also a guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way,Comprehensively deepen the reform and fully support the strategic layout of the country according to law.This thesis uses the methods of literature analysis,empirical analysis and participation in observation to take the intra-party supervision in Heping district CPC committee in Shenyang as the research object,carried out researches on the problems existing in the work of inner-party supervision under the comprehensive and strict strategic deployment of the party and the solutions to the problems,to a certain extent,it can more objectively reflect the situation of party supervision within the party committees of the same type,at the same level and in the same region in our country,and at the same time,it can provide feasible suggestions for the party supervision within the party committees of the same type,at the same level and with regions.The study finds that there are four main problems in the Inner-party supervision in Heping district CPC committee,such as the key points within the inner-party supervision work are not prominent,The difficulty of supervising the "top master"is highlighted,the inner-party supervision work is not efective,the method of the inner-party supervision work is not rich,and Insufficient protection of Party members’ rights.In view of these problems,the author puts forward establish and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism,improve supervision system,strengthen the propaganda and improve the work methods.
