Community Aged Care Service In Taiyuan Based On The Needs Of The Elderly Optimization Study

The increasingly severe aging of the population has promoted the early arrival of China’s aging.The gradually serious aging situation has made the issue of old-age care a hot topic for academic researchers and social personages at present,and has also raised the public’s attention to the demand for old-age care to a new height.How to truly achieve a sense of security and happiness for the elderly and actively promote healthy aging is the problem we need to focus on at present.There are similarities in the needs of the elderly,but there are also differences.The diversity of their needs comes from their differences in education,income,family lifestyle,social status and other aspects.The needs of different elderly people vary greatly.It is of great significance to investigate and analyze the needs of the elderly for the construction and improvement of China’s social pension service system.Therefore,it is the focus of this paper to propose corresponding countermeasures according to the different needs of the elderly.This paper takes "optimization of community elderly care services in Taiyuan based on the needs of the elderly" as the research theme,and puts forward this research theme based on the aging problem in the current social environment and the problems existing in the development of elderly care services.Secondly,the review of relevant excellent research literature at home and abroad has a certain guiding role for this study,and it is also clear that the theoretical basis of this study is welfare diversification theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and life cycle theory.On the basis of these three theories,a questionnaire is designed with reference to the literature of relevant scholars.The questionnaire is divided into four parts: the first part is about the general situation of the elderly,the second part is about the elderly’s understanding of community elderly care services,the third part is whether the community elderly care services can meet the needs of the elderly,and the fourth part is about the elderly’s satisfaction with community elderly care services and development suggestions.After that,the questionnaire was distributed to the elderly in some communities of Taiyuan for investigation.Through the questionnaire survey,collect the first-hand data in line with this study,and then analyze the relevant projects and analyze the influencing factors of pension demand.At present,there are problems in the demand of the community pension service model in Taiyuan.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the needs,influencing factors and service problems of the elderly in Taiyuan City for community elderly care,and propose corresponding countermeasures to provide a basis for better development of community elderly care services,better matching of elderly care needs,and improvement of community elderly care services in the future.
