An Empirical Study On The Status Of Family Support For The Aged In The Elderly Community In Taiyuan City

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society and the continuous improvement of science and technology and medical care,the life expectancy of the elderly population in China has been prolonged.At the same time,the aging of China's population is becoming increasingly severe.In addition,at present,the family structure in China is constantly shifting towards miniaturization and core transformation.The number of elderly people living alone and the number of empty-nesters are also increasing.As a result,social and family pressures for endowment are also increasing.The old-age pension problem is plaguing countless families.As traditional family pensions are increasingly unsuitable for the development requirements of this era,actively exploring new forms of old-age care has become an important task for society and the government.At present,the community home-based pension model is An old-age care model that is more suitable for the requirements of the development of the times and the national conditions in China.The community home-based pension model can combine the family pension with the social pension,which can provide better old-age care for the elderly in many cities,and at the same time,it can also reduce the burden of old-age care for many Chinese families.This article selected the status of the elderly care community home care service in Taiyuan City as the research object,because the community home care service in Taiyuan has a typical significance for Shanxi Province and even the whole country.Through the research data and data obtained in the actual social survey,this article looks for the experiences and problems in the elderly care service for the elderly in Taiyuan City,so as to explore a more suitable development mode for China's old-age care model.In this study,a questionnaire survey method and interview method were used in a survey of 10 communities in the six municipal districts of Taiyuan City.A total of 192 valid questionnaires were obtained.This survey included the basic personal status of the respondents and their families.Status,health and medical status,economic status,living environment status,social participation status,spiritual and cultural life status,and status of care and care services received a lot of detailed data.At the same time,it is also found that many elderly people in Taiyuan City still have problems in community home-based care services,such as inadequate basic old-age care facilities and service facilities,few elderly care services,lack of pension service industry employees,insufficient investment in pension services funds,and propaganda of pension policies.The guide is not in place and so on.For these problems,this article also proposes some specific suggestions and countermeasures.This article believes that the development of community home care services in Taiyuan City must first give full play to the government's central role in community home-based care services,and secondly,expand the funding sources of community home-based care services for the elderly,which can be achieved by actively attracting social capital into the pension service industry.More funding sources.In addition,it is also necessary to strengthen the team building of the employees in the pension service industry and train the employees in their skills and professional qualities.The government and society should also guide the elderly to establish an active and healthy pension.In short,under the situation of increasing aging of China's population,it is necessary to explore a model that is more suitable for the development of the elderly in China.At the same time,this is not only related to China's economic and social development,but also to thousands of families and counties.The old age of many elderly people.
