| With the deepening of the aging degree,the problem of elderly care in my country’s megacities has become increasingly prominent,and elderly care services are in urgent need of high-quality development.In order to deal with the problem of aging more effectively,Shenzhen is striving to create a city with a leading position in the field of elderly care in my country,hoping to become a benchmark for other cities in terms of people’s livelihood and happiness.The current pension methods in my country include family pension,institutional pension,and community pension.However,with the continuous improvement of the overall economic development speed,the overall structure of domestic families has also undergone corresponding changes,and the composition of members has gradually reduced,which makes it difficult for family pensions to play a greater role,and the proportion of community pensions has gradually increased..Community-based elderly care can give full play to the advantages of two types of elderly care methods,family and institution,and is an effective way to alleviate the current contradiction between supply and demand in the provision of services for community-based elderly care.Therefore,Shenzhen has begun to actively explore effective measures that can further improve the community elderly care service system.At present,many relevant policies have been formulated and implemented,and they have played a good role,but there is still a certain gap compared with advanced community pensions.In the next few decades,the community pension service,how can we ensure that the needs of the elderly in terms of life and medical care can be effectively met,and how can we promote the community pension model to achieve economic,service and many other aspects? Achieving better development and more diversified overall development,making elderly care services more high-quality,and then entering and adapting to an aging society relatively smoothly are issues that the Shenzhen Municipal Government and the public are very concerned about.In this context,it has great significance and value for how to improve the development of Shenzhen community elderly care service.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign references,the thesis combines the relevant theories of community elderly care services,including:new public service theory,social policy theory,welfare diversification theory,and social embedding theory.It studies the middle-aged and elderly people in Fuyong community from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.People’s needs for elderly care services and specific supply of elderly care services.First of all,starting from Shenzhen’s community pension policies at all levels,combing the status quo of community pension services in Fuyong Subdistrict.Secondly,through the compilation of questionnaires,we can get the current and future decades of Fuyong community middle-aged and elderly needs in terms of life care,spiritual comfort,medical care,self-value,elderly care well-being,etc.and community elderly care willingness;combined with current situation description and investigation The conclusion analysis of the questionnaire draws out the existing problems in the Fuyong community pension,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,through relevant literature and questionnaire analysis and research,summarized the key points of improvement of community elderly care services through literature and questionnaire analysis and research,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of security measures for the community elderly care services in Fuyong Sub-district. |
