Research On The Improvement Path Of Rural Civilization Construction In Shanxi Province Under The Background Of Comprehensive Rural Revitalization

The comprehensive revitalization of rural areas provides a good policy guarantee and external environment for the construction of rural civilization.The comprehensive revitalization of rural areas is closely related to the development prospects of the vast rural areas in China,and is an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization.Only by strengthening the construction of rural civilization,vigorously developing rural culture,and enriching rural cultural life,can the level of social civilization in rural areas continue to improve,thus providing strong spiritual impetus for the development of rural areas.This article takes L Village in Yuncheng City as a case study to study the improvement path of rural civilization construction in Shanxi Province.Firstly,it clarifies the theoretical basis for the research on the construction of rural civilization and the important significance of rural civilization construction in the context of comprehensive rural revitalization.Secondly,through on-site research on L Village,the achievements in the construction of rural culture and culture are summarized,including the importance attached to the construction of rural culture and culture,significant progress made in changing customs in rural areas,significant acceleration of rural ideological and moral construction,and a significant increase in the supply of rural public cultural services;Analyze the main problems in the construction of rural civilization,such as low enthusiasm of the main body in rural civilization construction,low utilization rate of public cultural service facilities,lack of talent in rural civilization construction,and insufficient depth of exploring excellent rural culture;Analyze the main reasons,including insufficient education level of villagers,lack of precise supply of rural public cultural service facilities,insufficient endogenous driving force for rural development,and incomplete mechanism for rural civilization construction.Finally,explore the improvement path of rural civilization construction in Shanxi Province:strengthen ideological and moral construction;Improve the rural public cultural service system;Cultivate a professional talent team for the construction of rural culture and civilization;Improve the mechanism for promoting rural culture and civilization.The study on the improvement path of rural civilization construction under the strategy of comprehensive rural revitalization is of dual significance in theory and practice for accelerating the construction of livable,suitable for work,and beautiful rural areas,thereby promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
