On Custom Civilization Construction In Jiuzhuang Town Against The Background Of Rural Revitalization Revitalization

The problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are rooted deeply in the national economy and people’s well-being.The Rural Revitalization Strategy proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the goal,task and fundamental method of rural development in the new era.It is also the fundamental way to solve the problems of unbalanced urban and rural development together with inadequate rural improvement.The strategy of Rural Revitalization consists of five parts: industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and better living conditions.Rural civilization is clearly pointed out to act as an important guarantee for rural revitalization.Given that,the construction of rural civilization is of great significance in rural development.In fact,being mainly involved in rural development in China,from the construction of new rural areas to beautiful rural areas,the construction of rural civilization has always been concerned.However,the construction of rural civilization needs joint and long-term efforts of generations rather than than an instant work.Therefore,it has always been the difficulty faced by the rural development.Local culture is the power source and foundation of the rural civilization construction,gathering strength and providing intellectual support for rural revitalization.Different times endow the local culture with diversified characteristics.Only by analyzing the specific situations of local culture under the guidance of characteristics at different times,can more practical suggestions be provided for the construction of rural civilization.As an important carrier and subject of local culture,farmers are the main force and ultimate beneficiary of rural revitalization.Theconstruction of rural civilization needs to unite various forces,play the leading role of the government and adhere to the principle of farmers’ subjectivity.Guiding by socialist core values,adapting to local conditions and scientific planning can give full play to folk rituals and arts in local culture.These are possible ways to speed up the construction of rural civilization.At present,Guizhou is undergoing a profound rural agricultural industrial revolution with rapid changes.Jiuzhuang represents many ordinary towns in Guizhou.The research on the construction of rural civilization in Jiuzhuang township has certain practical significance and value.It is also equivalent to research in the whole Guizhou rural area.Taking Jiuzhuang Town,Xifeng County,Guizhou Province as an example,starting from rural revitalization strategy and the concept of rural civilization,the significance of rural civilization construction is discussed.Related theories of Ethnology are used to interpret Jiuzhuang’s local culture to analyze the basis and principles of civilization construction.In view of the field survey,the current situation and existing problems of Jiuzhuang town’s rural civilization are summarized.Finally,on the basis of the subject theory,the path of rural civilization construction is explored,after analyzing the opportunity lying in Jiuzhuang.
