Research On The Improvement Of Social Governance Ability Of Township Government Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy,the development of rural areas has entered a new stage.The development problems faced by rural areas in different regions are different,which requires local governments to base themselves on their own reality,analyze regional characteristics,seize development advantages and promote the all-round development of rural areas.Most villages and towns are affected by many factors such as economic and social development in rural areas,regional talent reserve,government service level,management institutions and so on,and the effect of rural social governance is not ideal.Now we analyzes the difficulties faced by local governments,and explores ways to optimize them,thus enriching the research on rural economic and social development under the background of rural revitalization in theory and providing ideas for the follow-up work of rural social governance in practice.We adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and case analysis,taking Z-County,Hebei Province as the research object,to study the social governance capacity of local governments under the background of rural revitalization.First of all,by sorting out the references and learning from the previous research experience,the evaluation system of rural actual governance capacity is designed according to the actual situation of Z-County;Secondly,according to the current situation of government social governance in rural villages and towns of Z-County,Hebei Province,we will investigate and consult.We has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.Through the actual investigation and analysis of the social governance capacity of Z-county government in Hebei province,this study identified four aspects of improving the social governance capacity of Z-county government,such as government governance service level,support for economic construction,training and introduction of high-quality talents,and administrative system and mechanism.A series of improvement countermeasures were put forward,which could provide some ideas for the future work of Z-county government.However,the research time is relatively tight,and the research process includes the design of the index system of the evaluation system,the collection of index data in Z-County over the years,questionnaire survey and many other works.Many works are not perfect,and the details of the research need to be further optimized.The research conclusion is mainly put forward for Z-County,and the theoretical popularization needs to be cautious.
