Strengthen Research On Rural Social Governance In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

If the nation is to be revitalized,the countryside must be revitalized.The foundation of our governance is in rural areas,and so is the firmest and broadest space for development.In particular,since the completion of the poverty alleviation work,the rural revitalization strategy has been effectively linked with the achievements in consolidating poverty alleviation,and rural social development has entered a new historical stage with new historical features,which calls for the establishment of new governance systems and mechanisms.Therefore,in order to better realize the rural revitalization under the new situation,it is necessary to explore the establishment of a complete rural governance system,so that the rural revitalization strategy and the strengthening of rural social governance complement each other,and use the perfect rural social governance system to escort the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.P Town is a key town in southwest Shandong Province.It has a good level of economic and social development,a strong momentum for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,balanced industrial and agricultural development,and prominent advantageous characteristic industries.With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,P Town’s production and life style,social structure and mass demands are undergoing a series of changes,and social problems are increasingly diversified and complicated,showing a series of iconic social governance problems,such as the increase of public affairs problems,social management difficulties,etc.Therefore,it is typical to study rural governance in P Town.Based on the actual development and governance status quo of P town,this paper focuses on connecting rural revitalization and rural social governance through field visits and extensive research,and comprehensively uses relevant theories to analyze the problems and causes of rural social governance in P town from three aspects: governance subject,governance mode and governance environment.Explore effective ways to strengthen rural social governance under the background of rural revitalization,put forward practical measures,focus on improving the closeness of all links of rural social governance,make each subject in governance closer communication,more perfect governance methods,so as to achieve the goal of effective governance,and explore an effective governance road suitable for P town.
