Research On The Diversified Resolution Mechanism Of Social Conflicts And Disputes

At present,conflicts and disputes in our country are increasing sharply day by day.Building a reasonable and diversified dispute resolution mechanism to resolve various disputes at the grassroots level is an important social governance issue.Mediation has a very deep cultural foundation in our country,and it is one of the main means to resolve conflicts and disputes.The pressure to resolve disputes is increasing nowadays and the mediation by only one department can no longer adapt to the current developing society.Therefore,at this background,the diversified conflicts and disputes resolution mechanism is formed.This paper introduces the relevant research background,summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of this topic,and then discusses the connotation and role of Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR)at our country and abroad.This paper also states the research on the manifestations of the mechanism,the existing problems of the non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism,the research methods used and the structure of this article.On this basis,the L district of T city is selected for the research.Firstly,through the study of relevant domestic literature and journals,the definition of the research object is discussed,and the relevant theories are explained at the same time.Afterwards,the research summarizes the current situation and characteristics of social conflicts and disputes in L district.After introducing the specific measures to resolve conflicts and disputes in L district,there is a survey conducted by the general public and the people who went to the Conflict Mediation Center to mediate conflicts and disputes.It is concluded that the diversified dispute resolution mechanism in L district of T city has some problems such as a lack of professional dispute resolution talent,low functional mediation organization,backward mediation method and low social participation.The reasons for these problems are on cognitive level,operation level,and guarantee level.On the basis of learning from domestic and foreign dispute resolution mechanisms,the concept of strengthening dispute mediation is put forward.Suggestions on optimizing the mediation operation mechanism is improving the security system and strengthening the system construction.The research of this paper provides certain countermeasures for the conflicts and disputes resolution in L district of T city,and also provides a certain references for the diversified resolution of contradictions and disputes in other similar places.
