Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Grid Governance In Village Transformation Community

With the acceleration of urbanization process,more and more administrative villagese has become communities.In view of the great difference between the nature of the community and the countryside,after the village transformation into a community,many community management problems appear day by day,which puts forward new and higher requirements for grassroots governance.Constantly exploring and innovating the governance model of the village transformation into a community has become an inevitable requirement for the township government to improve the efficiency of public management and the level of public service,and grid governance comes into being.However,most of the current grid governance theory and practice results are concentrated in cities,and the research of villages and towns is not mature enough.In this case,Y community is located in Chengguan Town,W County,and the village transformation community has just been completed.In order to solve the grid governance dilemma of village transformation community and improve the community grid governance ability,it is very important and necessary to explore and innovate the grid governance model of this region.By using literature reading,data research,case analysis and observation research,this paper takes Y community of W County as the research object.Based on the brief introduction of the current situation of grid governance in Y community of W County,it finds that Y community has some problems and challenges in its governance after the village transformation into a community,such as low awareness of community grid governance,unclear responsibilities,insufficient strength and poor service.The paper also analyzes the reasons for the above problems,including poor system and mechanism and insufficient self-governance ability.Finally,it draws on the practical experience of community grid governance in relatively mature areas in Zhejiang Province,such as Kanmen Community in Kanmen Street,Yuhuan City,Taizhou City,Wuma Street,Fuqian Community,Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,and Xinhua Community,Tangxia Town,Ruian City,Wenzhou City.From strengthening the publicity and guidance,improving the working mechanism,strengthening the team construction and so on,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize and improve the grid governance of Y community in W County.
