| In modern society,the media,as the "window" for the work of the party and government penetrated into thousands of households and profoundly influenced people’s information access and entertainment life.The high-quality manuscript needs a highperformance editorial team to achieve.As an important part of human resource management,performance appraisal is the key to improving the performance of editorial staff,and is accepted by more and more media.In order to further improve the performance of editorial staff,there is an urgent need to design a comprehensive,scientific and feasible performance appraisal for editorial staff.This thesis selects BYNE News as the research object,integrates literature research,survey research method and other methods to dig deeper and analyze the current situation of performance appraisal of editorial staff and its problems,and designs a new feasible performance appraisal program based on the performance appraisal theories of key performance index method and 360 degree appraisal method.After that,relevant guarantee measures are further proposed from three perspectives of organization,system and personnel training to ensure the effective implementation of the new performance appraisal scheme.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of the study framework and methodology of this thesis,and analyzes the domestic and international research literature.The second part focuses on defining the concept of performance appraisal,and introduces in detail the core theories of performance appraisal and common appraisal methods in performance appraisal.The third part analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal in BYNE News through interviews and questionnaires,and finds out the problems.The fourth part is the design of the performance appraisal scheme of BYNE News,and this chapter designs the performance appraisal index design,appraisal implementation and result application of the news thesis.The fifth section proposes corresponding safeguards from three perspectives to ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal program of BYNE News.The sixth part draws conclusions and outlook of the study. |
