Study On The Role Of Grassroots Party Organizations In Urban Community Governance

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the social structure has gradually changed.As the basic unit of urban governance,community has become the gathering point of various social groups,the intersection of interest relations,and the foothold of social organizations.Urban community governance is facing new challenges.Grass roots party organizations are the basis for all the work and combat effectiveness of the Communist Party of China.As the "last mile" of implementing the decisions and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,how to give full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations in urban community governance and solve problems in order to achieve the goal of improving the level of urban community governance has become a major issue that must be faced by the "governance of China" in the new era.Exploring the role of grass-roots party organizations in urban community governance has a certain era significance and practical value.This paper is based on the role of grassroots party organizations in urban community governance in Sucheng District.It mainly uses literature research,interview research,case analysis as the main research methods,and carries out research through the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems.First of all,clarify the core concepts of grass-roots party organizations,grass-roots party building,urban community governance,etc.,briefly describe the theoretical basis of the article,and briefly analyze the function and role of grass-roots party organizations in urban community governance.Secondly,it focuses on the role played by the grassroots party organizations in urban community governance in Sucheng District and the relevant achievements.It concludes that Sucheng District,as the main urban area of Suqian City,has actively played the role of grassroots party organizations in urban community governance in the face of greater pressure on urban community governance.Through the implementation of the grid mechanism of party organizations,strengthening the self construction of party organizations and giving play to the strength of party members,it has achieved certain results.Then,through the comprehensive analysis of the results of interviews,questionnaires,interviews and so on,it is found that the current standard of party building in grass-roots party organizations is not high;Failure to effectively integrate resource service governance;The low efficiency of serving the masses and the inadequate performance of the functions of party workers,and the lack of integration of party building and urban community governance from the traditional concept;The power and responsibility of grass-roots party organizations are not equal,and the joint construction force lacks supervision;The working mechanism of participation in governance is not perfect;The internal causes of the inadequate basic security at the grassroots level are analyzed.Finally,combined with the problems and reasons analyzed,the paper proposes strategies to effectively play the role of grass-roots party organizations in urban community governance.Through the analysis of this paper,we can see that urban community governance is a long-term and complex task,and we must give full play to the leading role of grass-roots party organizations,and strengthen the consensus of party building leading grass-roots governance;Build a powerful and orderly grid organization system;Deepen the "big party committee model" of the community and form a regional party building pattern;We will continue to strengthen the basic guarantee at the grassroots level,implement it to the letter,explore a grass-roots social governance path that is consistent with the development of modern cities,and strive to build a governance pattern of "co governance,co construction and sharing".
