Study On The Party Construction In Urban Regionalization

Since the reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in society,especially the emergence of social organizations and new economic organizations,resulting in a large-scale flow of population across regions,thus making the party building of the original traditional system desalinate and weaken objectively.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to innovate the Party building work at the grass-roots level so that the Party’s work and the Party’s organization can more effectively cover the strengthened mobile environment and atmosphere.As a new type of party building model,regional party building has been formed and developed in the continuous practice and exploration of the grass-roots party.Its appearance has adapted to the needs of the times and the increasingly differentiated social structure of our country.Through continuous exploration and time,regional party building has achieved satisfactory results all over the country.Yangquan City is a pilot city of regional party building in Shanxi Province.Under this background,a unique regional party building model has been formed.The object of this paper is a K District of Y City,which has made great progress in regionalization of party building in recent years.It mainly forms the five-level organizational structure of "street work committee-community party committee-grid party branch-building party small group-party member central household" as the main body,and promotes the regionalization party building work in the aspects of work mechanism,platform construction and regional resource integration.Through the interview and exchange of the party building staff in the regionalization of the mining area,we know that the regionalization of the party building in the mining area has made great achievements in establishing the system and mechanism,integrating regional resources and optimizing grass-roots governance.While affirming the great achievements of regionalized party building in mining area,this paper also finds out some problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the regionalized party building work from the thought,system and organization path,hoping to further optimize the regionalized party building work in mining area and provide relevant reference for other cities in the province to carry out grass-roots party building work.
