Research On The Party Construction Of Urban Communities In The New Era From The Perspective Of Grassroots Governance Theory

To build a city with Chinese characteristics,we need to take the Party Construction in Chinese urban communities as the foundation,which is the most important embodiment of the party’s construction project.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that in accordance with the party’s decisions and policy leadership,we should comprehensively implement,strengthen the construction of Party organizations in urban and rural communities,improve the level of social grass-roots governance,and promote the further reform and development of China’s economy and society.This policy provides a correct direction and guidance for the party building of urban communities in the new era.With the substantial improvement of China’s economic level,China’s economic strength is stronger and stronger,and the process of urbanization is accelerated.Therefore,in the process of rapid improvement of economic level,we must pay attention to the grass-roots governance of urban communities,so as to ensure the normal,rapid and efficient operation of cities.Although the economic level has been improved,the relevant grass-roots governance models still remain in the previous state.Therefore,with the increasing economic development today,the progress of urbanization is developing rapidly.Such models can no longer meet the current economic development and the needs of urban grass-roots governance.It is necessary to reform and optimize urban grass-roots management.The research of this paper takes the party building work in urban communities as the research foothold.Through the analysis and research of the relevant party building work framework,we can deeply understand the importance and necessity of Party building work in the management of urban communities.The framework of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance and research methods of this research in community party construction,and the core position of urban community party construction,this paper expounds the status and role of current community party construction.The fourth chapter is the case analysis of urban community party construction in H District of L City.Combined with the actual situation of urban community party construction in District H.This paper summarizes the problems in the current urban community party construction,and analyzes their causes.The fifth part puts forward the problems of urban community party construction in the new era.They are the problems that the ability and quality of urban community cadres can not fully meet the development requirements of the situation and tasks,the post attraction of grass-roots cadres has decreased,and the service consciousness and ability of grass-roots party organizations can not meet the needs of the masses.The sixth chapter puts forward the promotion strategies of the development of urban community party construction.Focus on solving the problems of "weakening" and "lack" of grass-roots party construction,clarify and strengthen the cognition and implementation of grass-roots party construction responsibilities,and implement the responsibility of strictly managing the party.In view of the mismatch between the setting of some grass-roots party organizations and social development,the party cadres.Focus on solving the problems of weak service awareness and low service ability,pay attention to the service construction and concept adjustment of grass-roots party organizations,and then
