At present,the basic system of grid management at the basic level of our country has its embryonic form,and the effect of grid management is preliminary highlighted.However,as a new identity,the role of grassroots grid workers in the social governance system has not been fully defined,and the social responsibilities required have not been fully defined.Due to the diverse structure of the grass-roots grid team,the uneven ability level of the grid team,the overall efficiency of grid management is not high,and the grid management does not give play to its due advantages.Therefore,promoting the capacity construction of the grid team has become an important topic of the current grassroots governance in China.This paper takes the grid team of Hustou Town of Anxi County as the research object,visits several villages(communities)on the spot,and conducts a systematic study on the grid team construction of Hustou Town of Anxi County through questionnaire survey,interview and other methods.After investigation,it is found that the current implementation of grid management in Hutou Town of Anxi County is not ideal.There are some problems,such as insufficient team capacity building,imperfect training system,poor grid management connection and lack of enthusiasm in grid management.The underlying reasons lie in the imperfect personnel management mechanism,the lack of effective communication mechanism,the non-standard integration of resources among various departments,and the inadequate incentive mechanism.Therefore,this paper puts forward the perfect path of perfecting the overall grid member system,constructing the communication-centered training system,perfecting the no-gap peripheral system and perfecting the incentive mechanism,so as to optimize the grid management system of Hustou Town of Anxi County,promote the benign development of the grid management of Hustou Town of Anxi County,help the social governance of Hustou Town of Anxi County to be more sound,and provide reference for the grid management of other areas. |
