Research On Grid Management In D Township,Y City,Shanxi Province

The countryside is strong,the grassroots is strong,and the country is strong.The rural area is the basic unit of state power rule.A good rural governance is the basic guarantee and important support of our social governance.In the context of the modernization of social governance,there are still many practical problems in rural social governance.The good governance of rural society is not only the basic guarantee for realizing rural revitalization,but also closely related to the stability of rural areas,the development of agriculture and the prosperity of farmers.The good governance of rural society should be supported by digital information technology and grid management as an effective measure,so as to promote the modernization of rural governance and the precision of services to the people,help modernize national governance,and maintain social stability and harmony.Based on the actual situation of rural work,this paper studies the current situation,existing problems and causes of grid management in D Township of Y City,Shanxi Province,and puts forward corresponding solutions.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method,field research method,combined with the seamless government theory,collaborative governance theory and digital governance theory,and adopts the survey methods such as questionnaire survey and interview to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the infrastructure construction,the overall operation of grid management,the working conditions of grid workers and supporting systems of D Township,Y City,Shanxi Province.D Township,Y City,Shanxi Province,has implemented grid management since 2022.Relying on the comprehensive treatment center,dynamic monitoring of six elements within the grid "people,things,things,relationships,hidden dangers and governance forces" has been preliminarily realized,and certain achievements have been made in facilitating epidemic prevention and control and modernization of municipal social governance.However,in the actual operation process,there are still some problems,such as the overload of tasks in the grid,the difficulty in resolving conflicts and disputes,the low quality of grid management team,the low participation of the masses,and insufficient linkage and synergy,from the perspective of public management,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in grid management in Township D,mainly including five reasons: vague definition of grid responsibilities,unprofessional conflict and dispute mediation team,lack of human security mechanism,lack of mass participation mechanism,and imperfect top-level system design.In view of the causes of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of Township D,using the relevant theories of public management,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures from five aspects: reasonably arranging the workload in the grid,improving the diversified solutions of grass-roots conflicts and disputes,optimizing the grid team construction,widely absorbing social forces to participate,and improving the grid management co governance mechanism,so as to improve D township grid management level.In addition,through the study of this paper,the optimization suggestions are given to improve the quality and effectiveness of grid management in Y City,Shanxi Province D Township,which is expected to be useful countermeasures to improve the grid management of D township,and further promote the modernization of grass-roots governance of D Township,laying a foundation for further promoting the modernization of national governance.At the same time,it also provides detailed and reliable reference for grid management in other rural areas in China,and provides the basis for government decision-making in the future.
