Research On Rural Grid Management In Tianzhu County,Guizhou Province

Rural revitalization and poverty alleviation are the two major tasks facing the party and the country,not only whether the main social contradictions can be resolved,it is even more related to whether a comprehensive well-off society can be built and whether the goal of "two hundred years" can be achieved.Grid management is the achievements of the party and the state in the exploration of the reform of the social governance model.It is of great significance for the governance of the grassroots society and the promotion of social progress.It is a powerful method to realize rural revitalization and overcome poverty.Systematic research on grid management has certain theoretical and practical significance.Taking Tianzhu County as an example,on the basis of the current research on grid management at home and abroad,this article defines the concepts of grid management and grid management in rural communities by combing relevant literature,and uses community governance,New public management and other theoretical and literature studies,case studies and other methods have been used to study the grid management of rural communities.By comparing with Sansui County and Jianhe County,the characteristics of grid management in Tianzhu County were obtained,and the specific measures and achievements ofgrid management in rural communities in Tianzhu County were explained.At the same time,it pointed out the problems in the grid management of Tianzhu County,and pointed out that the reason is that the grid management system is not perfect,the capital management system is not perfect,there is a problem with the assessment method,and the quality of the management personnel need to be improved.At the same time,combined with the experience of grid management in typical regions in China,the grid management strategy for Tianzhu County was proposed.Specifically,in the optimization of the grid management system,it is necessary to move from management to governance,from single to multiple,and from passive to active;to optimize the path of grid management,from centralized to decentralized,from control to Guidance,from the rule of power to the rule of law;in the optimization of grid management measures,we must go from rigid to flexible,from short-term to long-term,from isolation to collaboration.
