In recent years,along with the constant change of the rural society,farmers have an increasingly strong desire to better enjoy public services,participate in autonomous management and share public resources.In order to properly solve all kinds of contradictions highlighted in rural social and economic development and orderly promote rural revitalization,grid management mode is gradually promoted in rural social governance and has achieved certain results.In the rural grid management,as an important implementation subject of rural grid management,the team construction of the rural grid administrator is very important.Their comprehensive literacy,working attitude and working ability directly affect the effectiveness of rural grid management and rural governance,and even affect the smooth promotion of rural revitalization strategy.However,in practice,there are still some shortcomings in the team construction of grid administrators in rural areas,such as the rural grid administrators work under great pressure but they don’t get paid very well;Their identity is not clearly defined and the development prospect is not clear;The selection,assessment and management mechanism of the rural gird administrator are not perfect and so on.These problems affect the enthusiasm and initiative of rural grid administrators,thus affecting the effectiveness of rural grid management and even the smooth promotion of rural revitalization strategy.This paper takes the rural grid member team construction in X Town of Suzhou city as an example.It expounds the current situation of rural grid in X town through the data query,visit investigation and so on.Combined with the questionnaire survey,field visit,interview communication and other ways,it is found that there are some problems in the current rural grid administrator,for example,The management system is not in place,the team structure is not reasonable,and the service level of rural grid members is not high.Through research and analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are that the supervision mechanism,selection mechanism and security system of rural grid administrator s are not perfect,and the self-requirements of rural grid administrator s are not strict enough and so on.In order to continuously improve rural grid management,improve the level of rural social governance,and promote the rural revitalization strategy,this paper based on the analysis of the above problems and causes,combined with the relevant experience of other regions,it is suggested that we should improve the social recognition of rural grid personnel,improve the selection and employment,training and management system of rural grid personnel,strengthen the construction of rural grid personnel,promote rural social governance,and make a modest contribution to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
