Study On Socialized Service Optimization Of Nanchang High School Library

In recent years,in order to further use their own resources to serve the people and improve the level of national education and learning,university libraries have made a series of practices in the aspect of socialization service.Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education have issued the policy requirements on university libraries to actively implement the opening of libraries to the public.Under the policy requirements of national and provincial level,the socialized service of Nanchang University library has made some achievements,but there are still a series of problems.Therefore,this study mainly researches and analyzes the current situation and problems of the socialized service of university libraries in Nanchang,and proposes optimization measures from the service system level,policy environment level and security system level,so as to achieve the research goal of "the socialized service optimization of university libraries in Nanchang".The overall research idea of this paper is "theoretical review-field research-current situation analysis-problem summary-optimization measures".Through the combination of two research methods,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this study summarizes the six aspects of service content,object,region,supporting facilities,opening time and access conditions of the socialized service of university libraries in Nanchang area in terms of service system.In terms of policy environment,there are three major problems: control and guidance,interlibrary cooperation and epidemic control.In terms of the security system,there are three problems: publicity,financial support and organizational personnel security.Under the guidance of the theory of public goods and the theory of new public service,and combined with the excellent experience of socialized service of domestic university libraries,this study puts forward optimization measures from the service system level,policy environment level and security system level respectively.At the service system level,the optimization measures are mainly proposed from three aspects: service object,innovative service content,enhancing the participation intention of rural areas and improving the service system.At the level of policy environment,it mainly guides policies by refining control,improves interlibrary cooperation,promotes cooperation between museums and enterprises,and improves epidemic control.
